Using this website, you affirm and certify that you have read and agree to our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions of Use.

Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and other information provided to you by the Company, some information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Neither the Company nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, or suppliers warrant the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.

This website is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to submit personal information or register for our services.

By using this website you agree that neither the Company nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, or suppliers shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of this website or the services of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, the total liability of the Company, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the particular information or service provided. In no event shall the Company be liable to you for any losses or damages that will exceed the amount of the registration fee actually paid by you (hereinafter referred to as “Student”).

Copyrights Policy

All of the information included in the online course, including all the software text, course materials, graphics, logos, photographs, graphs, sounds, data, images, audio, page headers, software, buttons, video, and other icons, and the arrangement and compilation of this information is the intellectual property of the Pre-Licensing Course LLC. Ownership of the online course shall remain at all times with the Pre-Licensing Course LLC or its licensors. The student is allowed use of the online course, as long as the Student complies with the terms herein or until the Pre-Licensing Course LLC terminates the Student’s access rights. The student may use the information solely to take the online course. The student agrees that he or she will not use the course information and any of its materials for any purpose other than for taking the online course. Student further agrees to use the online course for lawful purposes only.

Completion and Certification Policy

The Student agrees to complete all chapters and quizzes of the online course in order to receive a completion certificate. Students may be required to pay fees to Pre-Licensing Course LLC if, through no fault of the Company, she or he fails to comply with the course requirements.

The online course includes some parts that are required by the state regulating agency for that course, which can include course expiration dates, course timers, learning assessments and identity validation. Students who are excluded from training for failure of any mandatory parts will be required to re-register to complete training.

Hardware and Software

The COURSE PROVIDER prescribes minimum hardware and software requirements for completing the course. Minimum browser requirements are any desktop or laptop computer with Windows or Mac and En-US as the primary language (W7, W8, W10, or W11 operating system with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser and with the latest MAC OS with Safari or Firefox - Not Chrome). You are not allowed to run any other software, or have open tabs during the course. You can stop and exit the course anytime. Our course content contains some modules and videos. These components will not function on devices that do not support media.  The browsers need to support Java and Javascript. The minimum hardware required is such that it should be able to support the software configuration listed above. The course requires the use of a pointing device such as a mouse. The course recommends that the hardware be equipped with speakers. All students will go through the software evaluation after registration but before the start of the course.

 

User Accounts

The student shall agree to maintain the confidentiality of any passwords or other account identifiers chosen or assigned, and all activities that occur under such password or account. We shall not be responsible for any mishandling of any password or other account identifier by the Participant or its Authorized Users or for their failure to comply with these obligations. The student agrees to notify Company in a timely manner of any unauthorized use of a password or account. Moreover, Student understands and agrees that Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to change, cancel or suspend any password, username, or account if improper use or distribution is suspected.

Circumvention Warning

The Student agrees that only they, and not any other person, will study the material in its entirety and complete the course. It is illegal to attempt to circumvent this course or provide false information. If the Pre-Licensing Course LLC discovers that the Student has willfully misrepresented himself or has cheated, the Student will be forbidden access to the course and will be provided with no refund for fees paid. In addition, the Student might be prosecuted for perjury and other criminal acts which are punishable by law.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

We offer everyone unlimited chances for free. You can retake the course after you fail for any reason. You will be provided with a 100% discount code for the checkout to your email. You will need to re-register using a different username. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or online course, we’ll provide a within thirty (30) days of purchase as long as you did not start the course. If you have started the online course - the fee is non-refundable.
